Our hours of operation are 9:00 A.m. to 5:30 P.m., Monday through Friday, EXCEPT weekends and holidays when the office is closed. An answering service will guide you to contacting a Clinical Personnel who will provide you with most needed answers to your questions. A Nurse Clinician is on call twenty-four (24) hours daily. Referrals are accepted twenty-four (24) hours daily. Vital Ambulatory Healthcare, Inc. has a policy of admitting patients to services, within forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours following referral. Although the agency primarily provides Medicare home health services, it also provides Supplemental Staffing to hospitals and other health care organizations and Private Duty nursing services as well.
